Since opening its doors in September 2006, the center has provided a “home away from home” for all active duty, reserves, National Guard, retired military personnel and their families as they travel through CLT. At these lounges, which can be located before or after TSA security checkpoints, service members can find everything from free snacks and coffee to a comfy chair to take a quick nap.
